We have MANY MANY ways you can volunteer to help!!!
Please read the following
and let us know where you can help out!!
1) Mrs. Boes and Mrs. Hayes need help decorating the Toledo Yacht Club for "THE GRAND BALL" (prom). This will happen from 9am to 3pm on Saturday, April 18th. If you can help all day, a portion of the day or even for just an hour please contact Mrs. Boes as soon as possible at the school guidance office or e-mail her at lboes@ts4arts.org.
2) The Parent's Org needs help with "The Extreme Event" (after prom). We will be setting up at the Summit Street YMCA from 10pm to 12:15am on Saturday, April 18th. We need chaperones from 12:15am (now technically Sunday the 19th) to 6am. We will need help with tear down from 6am to 7am (again Sunday morning). We have some awesome things planned with multiple activites going on at once, so it is extremely important that we have LOTS of help!!! If you are able to help out for all or any part of this event, please contact Tami Murry as soon as possible at redheadedgal@sbcglobal.net.
3) Not able to donate your time to either of the above?? That's OKAY!!! We need donations of cookies or brownies and canned pop for after prom. If you are able to donate, please contact Tami Murry at redheadedgal@sbcglobal.net. Drop off instructions will be provided closer to prom.
It's not just the students that make TSA special, it's also all the amazing people who volunteer their time to make TSA special for the students!!!!!
